Products are described with the information available for each piece, such as material, composition and origin where they are stated. Colors can vary slightly between screens and production runs. If an item is materially different from its description, return it under the returns policy.
An order is accepted when we send the dispatch confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is no longer available, if the price was displayed in error, or if the payment cannot be verified. You are told by email either way.
Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Payment is charged when the order is placed, by the methods shown at checkout. For delivery within the United States, prices include import duties; state sales tax is calculated at checkout from the delivery address.
Delivery times on the shipping page are estimates from the dispatch date. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; title passes when payment is received in full.
The returns policy applies: 30 days from delivery, free within the United States, for items in their original condition. Refunds go to the original payment method and exclude the original delivery charge unless the return is our fault.
Our commitment is the returns policy and the replacement or refund of items that arrive faulty or incorrect. Beyond that, to the extent the law allows, Fiore is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of a product or of this site. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.
